soapUI Pro Personal is our way of giving Non Coorporate Users the ability to use the productivity enhancements of soapUI Pro cost effectively. It is only for personal use.

They are the same tool though; the only difference is soapUI Pro comes without support.

Can you upgrade from soapUI Pro to soapUI Pro Personal?
No sorry, there is no way to upgrade the license.
