http://www.soapui.org/userguide/preferences.html#Proxy_Settings

Can the Excludes values contain wildcards? If so, how are they formulated?

For example, let's say I don't want to proxy for an private class C address range like
192.168.0.0. How would I do that?

sorry, this isn't currently possible. Please add a feature request at sourceforge if you want!
