World class support
At eviware we strive for offering world class support. This is beyond answering support issues within a certain time. It’s about listening to our users and solving their support issues in a fast and professional way. All support people are involved in our product development and have deep knowledge in testing.
The support is included in the yearly software license fee. There are no extra support fees, neither initial nor when you use the support. The support is available via a soapUI Pro exclusive forum or via e-mail.
The nightly builds are a great complement to our support organization. You report a bug, we fix it and the next day you can download a new version of the software including the bug fix.
The soapUI Pro forum
If you need support we recommend you to use the soapUI Pro forum as a first choice and e-mail only in specific cases. The reason is that it might go faster and that you together with other users will build a common knowledge base.
Start with a look in the forum to see if someone else has a similar problem. If so you will find an answer in just a few seconds. If there is no similar issue, post your issue on the forum and the eviware team will give you a prompt answer. Since it is a common user forum you might even get a comment or solution from another user.
